Then you may be our new colleague in Team 3 at Bakkehuset.

We are looking for temporary staff who can contribute to creating a safe, structured and joy-filled everyday life for our residents. The position includes shifts on weekends, evenings, holidays and on holidays – both in planned assignments and in case of acute need, e.g. due to illness. For the right candidate, we can also offer a permanent weekend attachment every 2nd or 3rd weekend.

About Team 3

The residents at Team 3 are adults with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. There are several residents with challenging behavior, epilepsy and sensory disturbances.

We meet the residents with a compensatory and specially organized approach that takes into account individual needs and ways of sensing, understanding and navigating the world. Most require substantial support in all daily tasks, including personal care and medication. Our professional methods are based on relationship-oriented pedagogy, where togetherness and recognition, together with structure, professional systematic and recognizability, are foundational.

Your tasks

You will become part of a professional community where the core task is to support the residents in everyday tasks, create structure, support independence and contribute to wellbeing, development and quality of life.
