We note that the position is within the around-the-clock area. Currently the service is expected to be primarily in day shifts.

Who are we? We are a cross-disciplinary team with social- and health care assistants, social- and health care assistants, nurses and therapists, who work closely together to create a meaningful everyday life for citizens in their own homes.

The interprofessional collaboration plays a big role in our daily life. By actively using each other’s different professionalities, we succeed in lifting the tasks and helping citizens in the best possible way.

Every day we meet at the local center, where we start the day together before we drive or cycle out to the citizens. We are located in scenic surroundings close to the sea, and our geographic area is manageable, so we can focus on what is most important: the citizens.

Your role with us As a social- and health care assistant you will have a central role in the citizen pathways.

You will among other things

• Perform nursing- and health care tasks
• Coordinate and follow up on citizen pathways
• Act as a sparring partner for your colleagues
• Contribute with your professional assessments and observations
• Collaborate closely with citizens, relatives and colleagues
• Apply your expertise in the cross-disciplinary collaboration

We do not expect you to know everything from the start, but that you want to develop yourself. Therefore you will receive a thorough introduction and you will be assigned a mentor.

We are looking for you who

• Is educated as a social- and health care assistant
• Has good collaboration skills, acts respectfully and affirmatively in your communication.
• Is present and loyal.
• Works from a rehabilitative approach
• Take joint responsibility for your own and colleagues’ well-being, professional development and contribute positively to it.
• Is reliable in attendance.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is desired to be taken up 1.1.27

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and after specific negotiation with the bargaining-empowered professional organization.

Weekly hours: 37
