Are you our new Purchasing Manager?

As Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of our purchasing team of three and a central role in ensuring high delivery reliability, strong supplier collaboration and efficient purchasing processes.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Daily leadership, support and development of the purchasing team, so tasks are solved with clear prioritization, good collaboration and high quality.
• Ensuring a stable and efficient purchasing operation, where delivery reliability, stock holding and ongoing follow-up are balanced against the business needs.
• Development of collaboration with suppliers through dialogue, follow-up, negotiations and working with long-term partnerships.
• Close collaboration with colleagues across production, planning, quality, development and SCM to create good solutions and ensure a common direction.
• Contributing to the development of processes, reporting and system support, including the use of data, KPIs and D365FO in daily work.
• Active participation in the ongoing development of the purchasing area with a focus on progress in both daily tasks and improvement initiatives.

Your profile

We envisage that you have solid experience with purchasing and supply chain - preferably from a similar role in a manufacturing company – and that you thrive on delivering results through collaboration, structure and clear direction.

• Have experience with leadership and thrive on taking responsibility for both people, processes and results.
• Work in a structured way and are able to create overview and momentum in an area with many stakeholders.
• Have a commercial and business-oriented approach to purchasing.
• Are clear in your communication, strong in collaboration and good at building relationships across the organization.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365FO, is an advantage
