Aarhus Cleaning Company is seeking an experienced supervisor who combines solid cleaning experience with a desire to take more responsibility for quality, employees, and daily operations.

The position may be ideal for you if you already work as a cleaning assistant or team leader and are ready to take the next step in the industry and build a career in cleaning.

You do not necessarily need to have worked as a supervisor before. The most important thing is that you have a strong professional background, take responsibility, and want to develop in a role with more coordination, quality assurance, and contact with both employees and customers.

You will become an important part of the daily operations and a close link between employees, customers, and management.

Your tasks

As a supervisor you will among other things work with

• Supervision and quality assurance at our customers
• Training and introducing new cleaning assistants
• Follow-up on employees and tasks
• Coordination during illness, holidays and changes in operations
• Contact with customers about daily cleaning
• Control of cleaning standards and work instructions
• Planning and execution of various special tasks
• Ordering and delivery of materials and cleaning agents
• Practical participation in cleaning tasks when needed

You must be prepared for the job to consist of supervision, coordination, and practical cleaning work .

We are looking for someone with experience from the cleaning industry

It is important to us that you have practical experience with standard professional cleaning and know what good quality means in practice.

We would very much like you to also have experience with tasks such as

• Deep cleaning
• Major cleaning
• Move-out cleaning of apartments and commercial premises
• Floor treatment
• Special cleaning
• Use of cleaning machines and professional equipment

If you have experience with polishing, burnishing, and treating floors , it is a clear advantage.

You do not need to know everything from day one, but you must have a solid professional understanding of the cleaning industry and a desire to develop yourself further.

Practical requirements

It is required that you

• Have experience from the cleaning industry
• Have a driving license
• Can communicate in Danish or clear and practiced English
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
• Are flexible regarding working hours

It is an advantage if you can also communicate in English, as we have employees from different nationalities.

Working hours and salary

Working hours will generally be daytime .

Since we work in an industry where tasks and needs can arise outside normal working hours, you must be prepared to step in during evenings and weekends when the work requires it .

Salary is negotiated individually based on qualifications and experience.
