About the job

Are you strong in HR administration, systems and processes, and are you motivated to deliver high quality and good service to employees and managers?

At Flådestation Korsør we are looking for a dedicated HR specialist who will help ensure efficient HR processes and a professional employee experience for colleagues, from the very start of their employment.

About us

As part of 3. Eskadre, the core task of Flådestation Korsør is to provide logistical support to the navy's ships and authorities, including the operational activity of the naval station.

Flådestation Korsør consists of a management, an operational support section, a base section, the Navy Tambour Corps and a garrison element - altogether we are 115 employees.

You will have a broad touchpoint across the organisation and will work closely with the Deputy Commander, whom you also report to directly. You will also collaborate with the squadron's staffing element, the Personnel Command and the Navy's Centre for Administration.

At Flådestation Korsør we are proud to be service-minded, competent and to deliver on our tasks – and we work purposefully to create the best possible naval station for our users and not least the best workplace for our employees.

About the position

You will play a central role in the daily operation of the HR function. The role ranges from personnel administration and authority contact to HR systems, recruitment processes, on- and offboarding, course registration, ongoing process improvements and much more.

Your primary tasks

  • coordination and participation in recruitment processes, offboarding processes and daily support to employees, managers, HR Partners and career advisors
  • maintenance of employee data in SAP/DeMars, including preparation of HR reports and HR data extracts and coordination of marking during medal awarding, anniversaries and commemorative days
  • support for the naval station's training planning including course registrations and management and preparation of term overview with prioritized courses
  • proposals and initiatives to improve and streamline HR processes
  • preparation of material for staffing meetings including input to career plans for military personnel
  • communication via internal information channels

If you have competences or areas of interest that in other areas can support the naval station's task solution and it would make sense to include in your portfolio – we talk about it - as we have a flexible approach to maintaining and developing our employees' competences.

About you

We imagine you have an academic background, relevant office education or experience at a similar level and:

  • have several years of experience from an HR organisation
  • have solid experience with personnel administration and HR processes
  • work structured, detail-oriented and with high quality
  • enjoy many different tasks and can prioritise in a busy everyday
  • have a flair for systems, a view and interest in digital tools
  • knowledge of SAP/DeMars
  • communicate well, both in writing and orally

It would be advantageous if you have worked with personnel administration in the Armed Forces.

Employment conditions

If you have an office education or another relevant education you are employed according to the then applicable Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organisations – The State Sector (OAO-S Joint Agreement) and the organisational agreement for office functions, laboratories and IT employees.

If you are an academic, you are employed according to the then applicable agreement between the Ministry of Finance and a number of academic organisations for academics in the state (Academic Agreement).

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is a possibility for negotiation of a supplement. There is an employer-financed pension scheme attached to the position.

The work location is at Flådestation Korsør with a fixed place of service in Korsør.

As an employee under the Ministry of Defence, you are subject to certain special conditions. You must, among other things, be security cleared and maintain the security clearance during the entire employment period.

You as an employee have a duty to perform service outside the country's borders, including at units in international operations with a view to participation in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacemaking, humanitarian and other similar operations.

Your working hours will in principle be 37 hours per week, where you have the possibility of flexible working hours and home office days

If you want to hear more about the position, you are welcome to contact the deputy commander, Lieutenant-Commander Janne Larsen on phone 3045 2599 or via email [email protected].
