Intern for People & Culture, Glostrup – Spring 2027

Would you translate your knowledge of People & Culture, digitisation, data or communication into practice? As an intern at our office in Glostrup you will become part of the P&C team and have your daily base together with our People & Culture Business Partner. You will mainly work closely with her – both at the office and out in our home stores.

We tailor the tasks to your competences and ambitions, so you get a good mix of operations, projects and professional development.

Your tasks can include

• Development and follow-up on preboarding, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support of our People & Culture Business Partner in collaboration with managers and employees.
• HR data, key figures and analyses that support decisions and initiatives.
• Presentations, guidelines, presentations and communication to managers and employees.
• Testing AI and digital tools to optimise workflows.
• Support on P&C systems, concepts, policies and cross-functional projects.
• Recruitment and Employer Branding – from job postings and screening to the candidate experience.
• Activities and visits in the home stores together with our People & Culture Business Partner.

• Are pursuing a relevant higher education degree in, for example, HR, organisation, administration, communication, business or digitisation.

• Communicate clearly and professionally – both written and spoken.
• Are comfortable with numbers, data and digital tools and quickly learn new systems.
• Are curious about AI and how technology can create value in People & Culture.
• Thrive in close collaboration and want to become an active sparring partner in daily work.

Experience with Excel, Power BI, Microsoft 365 or AI tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practical information

Workplace: ILVA's home store in Glostrup, where you will have your daily base together with our People & Culture Business Partner.

Start: February 2027 or by agreement. The internship period is 4–5 months.

Working hours: 30–37 hours per week. The internship is unpaid and must be part of your education program.
