About the job

We are looking for two pedagogues for school and DUS in the youngest department (0th-3rd grade) at Bundgaardsskolen – 37 hours

Do you want to help create strong child communities, meaningful learning environments and good participation opportunities for all children? At Bundgaardsskolen we are looking for two engaged and academically strong pedagogues who are passionate about relationship work and inclusive communities where all children feel they belong, contribute and develop. We are looking for colleagues who bring their professional knowledge, engagement and interests into play and want to develop the pedagogical practice across school and DUS.

About the positions

As a pedagogue you will be part of a professional and engaged team where school and DUS are closely connected. You will be an active collaborator in both teaching and after-school pedagogy and will have an important role in promoting the children's well-being, learning and communities throughout the day.

You will work closely with teachers, pedagogues, management and parents. We prioritise that the children meet familiar adults across school and DUS, and that together we develop our pedagogical practice through professional sparring and joint reflection.

We are seeking a pedagogue who

  • has strong relational skills and thrives in working with children aged 6-10 years.
  • can create inspiring learning and activity environments in both school and DUS.
  • sees break time as an important pedagogical space where you support play, relationships and child communities. You can spot the children who need help joining in the play, and contribute to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to participate and feel part of the community.
  • has an eye for children's different starting points and actively works to create inclusive learning environments.
  • takes initiative and wants to develop DUS's pedagogical practice.
  • wants to contribute to professional learning communities (PLF) with reflection, sparring and joint development.

We particularly want a colleague who is passionate about outdoor life and who wants to set exciting and educational activities in motion. You see opportunities in nature and can create frameworks for the children to explore, investigate, move and learn through experiences. We are also curious about other pedagogical interests and competences that can enrich our practice.

We offer

  • An engaged professional community with high professionalism and strong relationships.
  • Opportunity to influence the development of the school and DUS.
  • Time and space for professional sparring, reflection and development.
  • A varied daily life with close cooperation, pedagogical activities and the opportunity to make a difference for the children's well-being and participation.
  • Leadership that prioritises employees' well-being, professional development and involvement.
