About the position

In this combined role you will play a key part in our study environment. You will function both as a traditional study counselor and as a mentor for students who need extra support to structure their everyday life or to handle personal challenges.

Your main tasks

Individual study guidance in collaboration with our study guidance team.

Mentor support and SPS: Close, individual follow-up with a broad group of students who have mental or physical functional disabilities, or who for other reasons are at risk of dropout.

Wellbeing-promoting initiatives in our project “Whole Way”: Facilitating workshops on study techniques, exam anxiety and time management, as well as participation in introductory programs.

Interdisciplinary collaboration: Close dialogue with teachers, mentors, educational leaders and external partners to ensure holistic solutions for the individual student.

Who are you?

We envision that you have an educational background as a study counselor, preferably supplemented by experience in mentoring.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is a one-year temporary appointment with good opportunities for extension and with start on January 1, 2027. Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with the relevant professional organization.
