Øbakkerne Vester Skerninge Børnehus is seeking a pedagogue for our kindergarten group for 37 hours per week (we are flexible). Start date January 1, 2027.

Salary and terms of employment according to current collective agreement. Base salary + Svendborg allowance and the possibility to negotiate qualification pay.

The Salary and HR Office will conduct background checks and child-safety checks on the selected applicant. A prerequisite for employment is a satisfactory background check in relation to the position. The assessment is conducted by the Legal Department in collaboration with the Director of Children & Youth.

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges from 39,341 to 50,954 DKK per month for full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday pay, and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special pays. It is important to note that your concrete salary is determined by your experience, seniority, and competencies and is negotiated with the relevant professional organization.
