Are you interested in finance, do you like working with people, and do you want to learn every day? Then a career in auditing and advisory might be for you.

As an auditor trainee with us you become part of a team of around 10 ambitious trainees in Nordhavn. The trainee program gives you a strong start to your career, where you quickly take on responsibility, get close to the clients and become part of a professionally strong community.

Depending on where you are in your education when you start with us, you will also pursue a part-time study alongside the job, either a cand.merc.aud. or an HD education.

Learn while you work

With us, theory and practice go hand in hand. What you learn in cand.merc.aud. or HD, you will have the opportunity to use in your daily work – and vice versa.

You will be involved in tasks for our clients and from the start gain insight into how companies operate, and how we as auditors can create value through auditing and advisory services.

You will also participate in our internal training program, where you, together with the other trainees, build your professional and personal competencies.

You can therefore expect a steep learning curve – with plenty of support along the way.

You get a mentor who follows you

You become part of a fixed trainee cohort, which you are followed with through the entire program. Together you participate in our internal training program.

You will have your own mentor – an experienced auditor, who follows your development and helps you with both professional questions and the challenges that naturally follow in your first time in the auditing profession.

You are never alone with the tasks. We expect you to take responsibility and be curious, and we ensure that you have someone to bounce ideas with.

You have

• A desire to develop yourself both professionally and personally as well as willingness to take on challenges
• A willingness to collaborate and contribute to the community
• Either a cand.merc.aud., HA bachelor, HHX or an equivalent education
• A strong professional background
• Interest in the auditing profession
• A desire to work with both numbers and people
