Baker wanted for Bakkegårdens Bakery in Roskilde

We are looking for a baker for the team.

With us, the day starts while the rest of Roskilde is still asleep. It’s busy, it’s under control, and there is good atmosphere in the bakehouse. That last part actually matters just as much to us as the first.

About the job

• Full-time position, permanent employment
• Monday to Thursday: 02:00 to 09:30
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 01:00 to 08:30
• Every other weekend off
• A fixed day off per week, which you agree with the boss
• Start as soon as possible, but we’re happy to wait for the right person

We are looking for someone who

• has a journeyman's certificate as a baker
• preferably has experience from a bakery already
• preferably speaks Danish, so we can communicate in a busy bakehouse
• is skilled, works independently and can keep the pace when it’s busy
• shows up in a good mood. We are a small team, and it can be felt by everyone if one person comes in sulking
