About 205B

We receive geriatric patients with complex issues that require a holistic approach. Here nursing is close to the patient, and you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your clinical skills in an environment with high professionalism and close interdisciplinary sparring.

We have fixed attached physiotherapists and occupational therapists, work closely with the hospital's dietitians as well as the municipalities' home care and the patient’s general practitioner.

We work purposefully to ensure good patient pathways and create the best possible conditions for the patient’s continued rehabilitation and everyday life after admission. We see it as our primary task to create security – whether through a successful discharge to the patient’s own home or by ensuring a dignified end of life. We have 18 beds, and nursing is always planned based on the individual patient’s needs with great respect and care.

• Have strong nursing competencies and thrive with complex patient pathways.
• Work independently and have good competencies in planning, coordination and prioritization.
• Have good collaboration and communication skills and actively contribute to a positive professional community. Maintains an overview and good mood, even when pace is high.
• Meet patients and relatives with respect, presence and understanding of the individual wishes and needs.
• Thrive with a varied daily life and be willing to think new and contribute to the development of nursing and patient pathways.

Practical information

About the position : 32-37 hours in rotating shifts (weekends approx. every 2nd or 3rd weekend upon request).

Start : January 1, 2027 or by agreement.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement for non-management staff in the Sundhedskartellet area entered into with the relevant organizations.
