Become a graduate on our Trustbuilder program

As a graduate at PwC you go through our internal training program, called Trustbuilder. Here you get the opportunity to combine your knowledge from studies with practical experience and get the tools that make you ready for the role as the clients’ trusted advisor. At the same time you can look forward to following with others in your year and getting to know them well, among other things through the many graduate-events we arrange for you.

“We have a strong togetherness in our year group, but also across years, because there are many young people who are either in a graduate or trainee program. We just have a lot of fun together,” says Peter, who is a PwC auditor graduate.

Get the full picture of the auditing profession

Your first period will especially consist of Trustbuilder courses, where you meet the other PwC Denmark audit graduates. Thereafter, everyday life starts in your department, where you join on equal footing with your colleagues, who are ready to welcome you.

We work in teams, and you can therefore look forward to being part of different constellations and solving tasks for many different types of clients – depending on which department you start in, you may work with everything from international, listed companies to smaller family-owned businesses and in public organizations

You may, among other things, come to work with

• financial statement analysis
• inventory control
• auditing of specific accounting items
• CSR- and sustainability reporting.

“You come very close to the clients, but not only in their finance department. You will also experience going out to the warehouse or into production. It gives a really good understanding of the company,” elaborates Amanda.
