WTW offers a unique opportunity for finance bachelor's students who want to translate theory into practice in a global company with a focus on high professionalism, innovation and development. We are seeking interns for our office in Nærum, where you can work with one of two exciting business areas: Corporate Pension or Commercial Insurance.

Your internship program

As an intern at WTW you will play an active role in delivering tailored solutions to our clients. You will work closely with experienced specialists and take responsibility for tasks that match your interests and career goals. Regardless of the area you choose, you will become part of a dynamic team that either advises on pension plans and employee well-being or on risk management and commercial insurance. • Corporate Pension

Dive into pension advisory and participate in risk advisory for companies and their employees. You will contribute to efforts to optimize corporate pension schemes and employees’ health and well-being. The tasks include advising on retirement savings and health insurance, as well as developing solutions that create value for both employees and the company. You can intern in either Client Operations or Advisory Office:

• Client Operations: You will play a central role in daily operations, supporting the advisory of our corporate clients. You will work closely with both advisers and specialists and will function as an administrator and sparring partner for our corporate clients.
• Advisory Office: You will support the daily advice to employees about their corporate pension plans and health insurance. Your tasks will include case handling of general inquiries and dialogue with clients, pension companies and colleagues.
• Commercial Insurance

Join the work on risk advisory and commercial insurance, where it includes risk analysis, prevention, procurement, purchasing of insurances and claims administration. Learn to develop strategies that help companies protect their assets and future-proof their operations. You can intern in either Client Service or Claims:

• Client Service: You will support insurance brokers and gain a practical insight into the administration of commercial insurances. In close collaboration with our specialists you will have the opportunity to gain a unique insight into advising a company’s risks and implementing insurance programs.
• Claims: You will work with claims handling in close cooperation with the client, gaining hands-on experience in client management and advisory in claims.
