WTW offers a unique opportunity for finance bachelor students who want to translate theory into practice in a global company with a focus on high professionalism, innovation and development. We are looking for interns for our office in Aarhus, where you can work with one of two exciting business areas:

Corporate pension or Commercial insurance.

Your internship program

As an intern at WTW you will play an active role in delivering tailored solutions to our clients. You will work closely with experienced specialists and take on tasks that match your interests and career goals. Regardless of the area you choose, you will become part of a dynamic team that either advises on pension schemes and employee well-being or on risk management and commercial insurance. • Corporate pension

Dive into pension advisory, and participate in risk advisory for companies and their employees. You will contribute to efforts to optimize corporate pension schemes and employees’ health and well-being. The tasks include advising on pension savings and health insurances as well as developing solutions that create value for both employees and the company. As an intern in Client Operations, you will play a central role in daily operations, supporting the advisory work for our corporate clients.

You will work closely with both advisers and specialists and will function as an administrator and sparring partner for our corporate clients.

• Commercial insurance

Participate in work with risk advisory and commercial insurance, including risk analysis, prevention, procurement, insurance purchases and claims administration. Learn to develop strategies that help companies protect their assets and future-proof their operations. As an intern in Client Services, you will support the insurance brokers and gain practical insight into the administration of commercial insurances. In close collaboration with our specialists, you will have the opportunity to gain a unique insight into advising a company's risks and implementing insurance programs.
