Gladsaxe Municipality is a large organization with many different users and a wide technological platform. From kindergartens and home care to schools and administrative workplaces, employees depend on IT functioning.

We emphasise that you feel welcome. You will receive a thorough introduction to your tasks, the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge. With us, we do not expect you to know it all from the start.

We have good experience in training apprentices and emphasise that you develop professionally and thrive in everyday life.

Your tasks and development

With us you get a broad introduction to IT and the opportunity to work with many different technologies and tasks. You build a solid technical toolbox, learn to provide good service and gain experience in following tasks through to completion.

Your tasks range from telephone support and preparing computers to troubleshooting networks, mobile devices and various IT systems.

Who are you?

You have or are about to complete Foundation Course 2 at TEC. You are curious about IT, want to learn new things and enjoy helping others.

You don't need to have had IT as a hobby for many years or be able to solve all technical problems in advance. The most important for us is that you are interested in technology, have a service-oriented approach/mindset, and plenty of initiative and readiness to improve.

We expect that you take initiative, are good at collaborating and want to find solutions – even when it takes a bit more in-depth work. You can work independently, but also know that often the best solutions are found together with others. We emphasise that you meet other people with kindness and respect, are curious and want to give our users a good experience when they need help.

In your application you may tell us about situations where you have used these qualities, both technical and service-minded examples. It can be in a job, in the family, among friends or for example in voluntary association work.

Terms of employment and the employment process

The position is full-time. You will receive an apprentice salary during your education according to the applicable collective agreement.

We would like you to start December 1, 2026, but we are flexible with the exact date.
