IT support apprentice in IT & Digitalisation

Are you passionate about IT and service, and would you like to work in an IT department that offers a challenging and exciting everyday life, where you help solve IT tasks for all IT users in Randers Municipality? Then you may be our upcoming IT support apprentice?

As an IT support apprentice you will work with both user support and technical support for the municipality's IT users. In your apprenticeship you will get to know and be trained in many exciting tasks. The tasks include, among other things, configuration, troubleshooting and advice and support on PC hardware, Chromebooks, software, networks, printing, mobile phones and tablets.

As an apprentice in IT & Digitalisation you will be attached to Team IT-service and will work at both the former Randers Kaserne, where IT & Digitalisation is based, but also on-site at schools and in the administrations. There are many exciting tasks, and you will have ample opportunity to get to know the areas of work.

Your profile

To become an IT support apprentice with us, you must have completed and passed the basic IT-supporter program.

We support all Randers Municipality's administrations and institutions with IT services. In total we supply ca. 8,000 employees and ca. 10,000 primary school students with IT workplaces, applications and IT services. We are just over 60 employees.

This is a fixed-term position for the period 1 February 2027 - 31 January 2029.

The salary will be set according to the applicable collective agreement.
