Are you crazy about IT, and do you dream of an apprenticeship where you are allowed to work with real tasks from day one? Have you completed the foundation course in the IT Supporter education, and are you ready to develop your skills in practice? Then you might be our new IT support apprentice.

Who are we? In the IT department, there are four employees and one apprentice who help students and colleagues with everything from support and troubleshooting to operation of the school's IT systems on a daily basis.

We work closely together, help each other, and make sure there is room for humor in everyday life. With us you won't be assigned to do the same thing all the time. You will have the opportunity to try many different tasks and become an important part of the team.

What will you be doing? As an IT support apprentice with us you will, among other things, have the opportunity to:

• Help students and staff with IT problems
• Prepare and install computers, displays, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software
• Create users and manage access
• Work with Microsoft 365
• participate in the daily operation of the school's IT environment
• Collaborate with our external IT partner, IT Center Nord

You do not need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you want to learn.

• Have completed the foundation course on the IT support education
• Have an interest in IT and technology
• Like helping others
• Are curious and ready to learn something new
• Take responsibility and follow your tasks through
• Are reliable and can work both independently and with others
• Have a driver's license

Salary and employment The position will be filled by January 11, 2027.

Salary and terms of employment follow the prevailing collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK Stat.
