Become Head of Digital Security and Onboarding in a member-owned Nykredit group

You set direction and create results

You translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable results. You ensure clear mandates, consistent follow-up and a shared culture across disciplines and locations. Together with the department head you develop the departments and create the framework for high professionalism, engagement and good customer experiences.

You balance secure operations with development and work systematically with customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, risks and compliance. You drive improvements, strengthen robust processes and ensure that the department can handle new fraud patterns and changing customer needs. Customers – also in vulnerable situations – must be met professionally, empathetically and with clear decisiveness.

You create solid cross-cutting relationships with relevant partners, contribute with perspective and decisiveness in the management team and take responsibility for the overall business – also beyond your own area. You challenge constructively and follow decisions all the way through.

Is it you we are looking for?

You have substantial management experience from a larger operations, customer or risk area and documented results with performance, quality and engagement. You create followership through clear goals, clear mandates and consistent follow-up. You are visible and approachable, but also give space for leaders and employees to take responsibility.

You have strategic and organizational heft, prioritize sharply and make decisions on a solid business and data basis. You communicate clearly, bring together disciplines and locations, and stand for results and changes. You thrive in a daily life with high complexity and can create calm, direction and momentum.

You have understanding of risk management, compliance and robust processes. Familiarity with the financial sector, digital fraud, complaint handling or onboarding is an advantage.

A mandate with real influence

You will receive a central leadership role in Customer Service with mandate to develop an area of great importance for customers and business. The role gives you the opportunity to shape both organization, collaboration and future solutions. You will become part of an ambitious environment characterized by collaboration, drive and high expectations.

Responsibility for digital security and onboarding

You will have the overall responsibility for Digital Security in Aalborg and Taastrup as well as Team Onboarding in Taastrup.

Digital Security handles card objections and other fraud cases, while Team Onboarding screens and opens new bank accounts as they require simple banking engagement. Both areas are of great importance to customer safety and to the bank's risk management.

The department has 23 employees – 10 in Aalborg and 13 in Taastrup. A team leader has day-to-day management responsibility in Taastrup. You lead directly and through the team leader and have overall responsibility for results, quality, capacity and competencies. You must ensure a consistent direction and close collaboration across the two locations.

Work location

Your primary workplace is Skelagervej 15 in Aalborg. There may be workdays in Taastrup as needed.
