Krathgården seeks 1 pedagogue for a permanent position of 37 hours in our kindergarten department as soon as possible, with the possibility of additional hours if desired.

Krathgården is one of four kindergartens in the day care institution Blicheregnen. Krathgården is a small integrated institution which currently has 32 kindergarten children and 9 toddlers and is experiencing good growth. The kindergarten is divided into two groups: grasshoppers and butterflies. The toddler group is divided into one group: ladybirds. At present we are 2 pedagogues, 3 assistants, 1 pedagogical assistant and 1 merit student.

Krathgården is housed in an old building in Sjørslev – right in the middle of the loveliest nature. It is a house with high ceilings and plenty of space to move around. We have many square meters per child, both indoors and outdoors, and the possibility to use the school hall, our large playground, and a local area with good opportunities for outings. We place high emphasis on movement and nature, and have daily opportunities to divide the children into smaller groups.

We have a lovely house where we emphasize that it is good to be there for both children and adults. We work in a resource-oriented, appreciative and inclusive manner based on an open dialogue culture. We focus on well-being, development and a close and good collaboration with parents. We work both in groups and across the kindergarten and toddler unit and value good collaboration across the entire kindergarden.

• Are a trained pedagogue, have experience working in the 3-6 year area, use your pedagogical expertise and are passionate about the field
