A strong nursing professional environment

The out-of-home nursing care is monofacultatively organized and consists of engaged nurses with high professional standards and extensive experience. We prioritise nursing development and know that the best solutions arise when we learn from each other.

Therefore we meet twice a week for monofaculty sparring, where we

• discuss complex citizen pathways
• share experiences and new knowledge
• provide supervision
• teach each other
• strengthen our clinical decision-making.

You work independently in everyday life – but you are never alone.

The nursing service in Rebild Municipality consists of out-of-home nursing, clinical functions and special functions with about 43 employees. Your base will be in Støvring, and you will primarily perform nursing interventions for citizens in their own homes in close collaboration with colleagues and other partners.

We work in fixed cross-disciplinary teams together with home care and therapists.

Here we bring our respective professional skills into play with one common goal: to create cohesive, safe, and meaningful pathways for the citizens.

• strengthen citizens’ coping
• prevent hospitalizations
• ensure high quality and patient safety.

We are looking for you

You are a licensed nurse and motivated to work with citizens in complex pathways.

We imagine that you

• take clinical leadership and work independently
• thrive with responsibility and can maintain calm and overview in an unpredictable daily life
• see the value in cross-disciplinary collaboration while safeguarding the nursing profession
• have a positive view of people and actively contribute to a healthy work environment
• are keen to develop both yourself and municipal nursing care
• would like to have – or are seeking – training as a clinical supervisor
• have a driving license (category B)
• have experience with KMD Nexus or a desire to learn the system.

As a smaller municipality, we help each other across. Therefore we also expect you to contribute to the overall nursing tasks, including teaching students and participating in development work.

About the positions

We are currently looking for two new colleagues who want a daily life with professional responsibility, independence and good colleagues around them. With us you will become part of a nursing service where we both safeguard high professional standards and good cooperation – and where there is room to bring in your experiences and perspectives.

• Position 1 – permanent night shift
• A permanent night shift position with weekend shift every 2nd or 3rd weekend .
• Start date: December 1, 2026.
• Position 2 – mixed day and night shifts
• A permanent position with a combination of day and night shifts and a weekend shift every 3rd weekend .
• Start date: January 1, 2027.

There is an opportunity for employment up to 37 hours per week.
