Are you an educator, driven by professional curiosity? We are currently looking for a new colleague for both kindergarten and nursery who will be part of the work we are in full swing with.

A house in development – with room for your ideas

Trille-Tumle is a young children's house. We are still in the process of shaping the culture and pedagogical practices we want to be known for. With us, you should not just fit into something that is already finished. You should want to help develop it.

We have ambitions, we have the will, and we know that we are not there yet. On the other hand, you have the opportunity to have real influence and contribute to shaping everyday life, the community, and our professional development.

You will become part of a diverse staff group with 28 colleagues who bring different experiences, competencies, and perspectives into the community. What we all share is a lot of drive and a desire to develop.

The professional foundation

Our shared pedagogical mantra is clear: "All children must experience being seen, heard, met, and understood." It is not just words on a piece of paper. We are focused on creating a common pedagogical foundation and are therefore implementing NEST, where we:

• Are in full swing building a common pedagogical foundation with a focus on clear frameworks, shared routines, and a systematic approach to working with children in vulnerable positions.
• Actively translate our intentions into concrete actions through action learning when, for example, we go to the playground, gather for a meal, or participate in the children's play.
• Believe that children do their best. When something becomes difficult, we are curious about what the child is trying to tell us and what we as adults can do differently. We are focused on the fact that pedagogy is not only something we do in planned activities. It lives in relationships, in everyday small moments, and in the choices we make together with the children.

Room for professional deepening and a strong collegial atmosphere

Good pedagogy develops in a community and requires time and sparring. Therefore, we prioritize your professionalism highly:

• 1 hour of preparation time per week.
• Weekly staff meetings with space for reflection, planning, and professional sparring.
• 28 engaged colleagues with diverse experiences and lots of drive.

Who are you?

You are an educated educator. You are focused on children's well-being, development, and relationships and you want to use both your professional skills and your personality in everyday life.

You are curious about your own and others' practices, want to actively use your body together with the children, and contribute positively to the community you become a part of. Maybe you have lots of experience, maybe you are newly trained. The important thing is that you want to develop yourself together with us.

Practical information

• The position is initially 37 hours per week.
• Employment from January 1, 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start.
• We are hiring for both nursery and kindergarten – please mention in your application if you are only applying for one site.
• Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the current collective agreement. We will obtain child and criminal records checks and references from previous employments in connection with the appointment.
