Børnehuset Firkløveren in Jyllinge is looking for a pedagogue who is passionate about nursery life

We are looking for a new colleague to be part of our nursery team at Børnehuset Firkløveren.

The position is available from November 1st, but we are happy to wait for the right person. The working hours can be arranged between 32-37 hours per week, depending on your preferences. The preschool/children's house team, in addition to you, consists of four educators and two pedagogical assistants. We are divided into three groups with about 15 children in each group.

The Good Childhood At Firkløveren we are particularly focused on care, presence and play. We strive to be curious together with the children and to have a playful approach to everything we do.

You may be a recent graduate or have a wealth of experience. The most important thing is that you work on translating your knowledge into benefits for the children and that you are open and curious about how we together create the best environment for children.

It is, of course, also important that you have relational competence and, like your future colleagues, have a resource-oriented view of people. For at Firkløveren we know that it matters for both children and adults that we have a positive attitude toward one another. People grow and thrive when others see us in a positive light.

We do this in small moments during the day, but also at our team meetings and staff meetings. We make an effort to ensure that new colleagues at Firkløveren receive the best welcome and start. For we prioritize that both children and adults land safely and well in our nursery. Therefore you will also be continuously introduced to our house and your tasks in your first months.

Our lovely house is located in the center of Jyllinge, 20 minutes from Roskilde and 10 minutes from Ølstykke. Here we have short distances to, among other things, the hall, the library, green areas and the fjord, which we explore diligently, and the bus stop is also just around the corner. We are a mixed group who are passionate about creating caring and playful environments for the benefit of children's development and well-being.

In the coming years we will participate in a collaboration with the professional college Absalon in the program ALL CHILDREN'S DAY OFFERS aimed at practice-based strengthening of the quality of children's environments in day care. We enjoy the collaboration with playfull learning and you will therefore have a job where, in the coming years, we are supported in the work of developing the finest and most playful environments for our children in Firkløveren.
