In this position you will have a central role in the development of Nyborg Municipality. The position

As head of Planning, Nature and Climate you have the overall responsibility for leadership, strategy and coherence in an area of great importance for the municipality's future development.

You lead the municipality's work with physical planning, urban development, nature management and strategic development projects. At the same time you play an important role in the political support to committees and the city council, where you must translate political ambitions into concrete plans, projects and results.

You must ensure high professional quality in case processing and planning, create progress in complex development projects and contribute to the municipality being an attractive framework for citizens, businesses and investors.

The position requires that you can navigate safely between operations, development and political processes, and that you can create coherence among the many interests connected to land use, urban development and nature considerations.

Salary and employment process

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation. The salary range is 60,000–62,000 DKK per month plus pension and a flexibleness allowance.

The concrete salary is set based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including education, experience, competences and the responsibilities of the position.
