ARE YOU OUR NEW MORNING WAITER? Hotel Vinhuset is looking for a morning waiter who is passionate about serving our guests at a high level.

Hotel Vinhuset is a functional hotel that oozes atmosphere in its historic surroundings. Hotel Vinhuset has indeed been the city's hotel since 1778.

Parts of the fantastic building date back to the 1500s. The hotel has 56 rooms, 2 restaurants “Restaurant Bytinget” and “Restaurant Vinhuskælderen”.

Profile

• You are an early riser, with a good mood and a ready smile.
• You do not need to be professionally trained as long as you have some experience and are willing to learn.
• You are passionate about giving guests the best start to the day, and put guests first.
• You enjoy working independently, but can also take responsibility and mentor others.
• You are a team player, as we work across departments.
• You have experience from previous smaller workplaces and know how important flexibility and stability are for your colleagues.
• You are OK with working either Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve as well as weekends and holidays.
• You must be able to communicate in Danish and English.

You and your tasks

• You must be an early riser, and you must be able to prepare food for the breakfast buffet as well as serve.
• You will be responsible for opening and closing in the kitchen/restaurant.
• We would like you to have some experience in a similar position.

• A part-time position of 25 hours per week, with an expected 4-5 shifts per week, as well as weekends and holidays.
