Restaurant Manager for Mauritz Svendborg

We are seeking a responsible Restaurant Manager As Restaurant Manager at Mauritz, you, together with the Restaurant Manager, are responsible for the operation of the cafe.

We offer everything from brunch, lunch, burgers to delicious steaks.

Welcome to Mauritz Cafe Mauritz is a cozy and trendy cafe chain. The chain currently consists of 6 cafes: Skibhusvej (Odense), Svendborg, Middelfart, Fredericia, Sønderborg and Silkeborg. We love to serve quality food from tasty ingredients. We have everything from burgers,

We would be happy if you

• Are positive and have a good overview
• Can work efficiently and independently
• Are service-minded and outgoing
• Have a minimum of 2 years of leadership/managerial experience in a similar role
• Like to work
• Can provide a criminal record certificate

On a typical shift it is you who

• Creates the work schedule
• Together with the rest of the staff, service the many guests.
• Orders goods.
• Leads and allocates the tasks in the restaurant.
• Motivates the staff to always provide the best service.
• Takes ownership of the tasks related to the cafe's operation.
• Professional serving in the restaurant, bar and at events.
• Training of new colleagues.
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and presentation in all serving areas.

• Can communicate in both Danish and English.
