Building Painter for Facade Maintenance and Service in Hillerød

We are looking for a building painter for facades, new construction, and service in Hillerød.

You will join a larger painter team of about 70 employees, where there is room for both journeymen and apprentices. The work ranges from private homes to companies and institutions, so you will have a broad painter’s day. There is facade maintenance, renovation, new construction, and service tasks, and you rotate between tasks alone, with a colleague, and with an apprentice. The tone must be respectful, and the working environment is something that is taken seriously in daily life.

This is for you who wants responsibility without being left alone with the hard parts. You will get a company car, freedom to solve tasks properly, and colleagues around you when a task requires more hands. At the same time, you must be able to stand on your own two feet, speak politely with customers, and deliver something you can be proud of.

What you get Salary: 210-230 kr. per hour

Everyday: Facade, service, and mixed painting tasks

Your everyday

The day will be set according to the task: sometimes facade maintenance, other times renovation, new construction, or dampers. You take responsibility for the sequence yourself and tell if something doesn’t add up, especially when you are working alone. If you have an apprentice with you, you help explain the task properly before you start.

You will among other things be working with

• Maintaining facades on homes and commercial properties
• Painting on new construction where the final delivery must be right
• Renovating rooms, entrances, and surfaces
• Solving special tasks with a neat finish
• Operating dampers and service when the customer needs it fixed quickly

The social cohesion matters here, so you must be able to both do your job and be respectful to those you work with. When something is troublesome, you speak up in time so the day doesn’t end in petty trouble.

We’re looking for someone who can tick most boxes

You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a building painter
• Can work independently and keep track of your commitments
• Show up reliably and speak up if something isn’t right
• Speak politely with customers, apprentices, and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you have tried facade, service, or new construction before. But the most important is that you take responsibility and deliver quality work.
