Building painter for new construction and facade work in Odense

We are looking for a building painter for new construction and renovation in Odense.

You will land in a painting team of about 15 employees, with tasks spanning from new construction to renovation and facades. Customers are private individuals, housing associations, and commercial, so daily work is varied. The roles are in Odense and the surrounding area, and you switch between independent tasks and days with a partner. There are also apprentices in the company, so the craft is taken seriously and handed on.

You will have freedom with responsibility and a company car as part of the setup. This is for you who can work independently but still want to have good colleagues around you. There are clear boundaries, and you are treated as a grown professional.

What you get Salary: 190-220 DKK per hour

Everyday: New construction, renovation, and mixed work form

Your everyday The day is planned according to the site you are on and whether the task should be solved alone or with a partner. On new construction, it’s about fitting the painting work into the sequence so the next trades can come in. In renovation, it’s often the finish and the final handover that makes the difference.

You will, among other things, work with

• Painting work on new builds, where the sequence must be kept
• Interior and exterior painting of homes and commercial properties
• Facade treatment and exterior painting tasks
• Painting of doors, windows, and ceilings
• Installing plasterboard and wallpaper

If something doesn’t fit on site, you speak up in time so planning and finish don’t slip. That’s how you notice a good work environment in daily life.

We are looking for someone who can check off most boxes You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a building painter
• Can work alone without losing overview
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak properly with customers and colleagues
