Would you like to help make a difference for our larger agricultural customers – and be their preferred and trusted advisor? We are seeking an engaged and strongly communicative advisor who is passionate about developing relationships with the larger agricultural customers' business and creating value in close collaboration with the client.

To succeed in the position we imagine you will, among other things

• are trustworthy, responsive and a strong communicator who conveys messages clearly and precisely
• have a good business understanding for relationships, think commercially and meet the customers with an open, solution-oriented approach that creates good results
• work customer-oriented and take responsibility for following up tasks through to completion
• have practical advisory experience – e.g. from the financial sector, agricultural advisory or similar – and thrive on both professional and personal challenges from the customers
• work naturally with IT solutions to create products
• understand the daily life and challenges of a farmer and have insight into market trends and relevant legislation
• thrive in a community where close collaboration, mentoring programs and joint development with colleagues are a prerequisite – to the benefit of both customers and the work environment
