Business-oriented Manager for IT project management

We have many exciting projects ahead of us, and we are therefore seeking Managers for our offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus. Your main task will be to act as project manager on our deliveries, and you will have a team behind you of the industry's most skilled people.

About the position

What will you be doing?

We are a business-oriented IT consulting house that helps some of Denmark's most ambitious companies realize their digital potential. We are specialists in strengthening businesses through digital solutions within e-commerce, Product Information Management, Cloud applications and integration solutions, as well as customer and service portals. We are passionate about creating value with our solutions, and you will play a decisive role in the process. Concrete examples of your tasks include:

• Clarification of business issues: You use analysis, business understanding and technical insight as tools to turn our customers into digital successes.
• Project management: You are responsible for one or more of our client projects. You discuss solutions and possible solutions from a business and technical perspective with your team and the client. At the same time you ensure that the quality of the delivered work is top.
• Advisory: In interactions with the client you take a lead role. You maintain close dialogue with the client, and you inform about tasks, progress, finances and schedule.
• Mentor: At Immeo all employees are attached to a mentor program, and you will step into the role as mentor for one or more of your colleagues.
• Knowledge sharing: We place great emphasis on professional and personal development, and you will act as a key person in sparring with the technical organization.

• You are technically proficient. You have experience with developing .NET solutions, and you may have experience with Sitecore-, Optimizely-, InRiver- or Umbraco-based solutions.

In addition, we envision that

• You have a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, IT or similar.
• You have 4-5 years of experience with project management and development of digital solutions. We would like you to have experience with e-commerce, but this is not a requirement.
