Business Service Assistant

We are looking for a structured and engaged Business Service Assistant for a permanent position, where you become the central link between our customers, workshops and service vans. If you dream of combining your knowledge from the automotive industry with coordination and superior customer service, then you might be our new colleague.

As a Business Service Assistant you will have a versatile role where structure, pace and service go hand in hand. You are often the customer's first contact when trouble occurs, and you ensure, with your friendly telephone voice, that they move on quickly and safely.

Your primary tasks will be

• Customer service: Provide professional telephone and written guidance to private and corporate customers.
• Coordination: Dispatch and coordinate service vans nationwide so that breakdowns on trucks, construction and agricultural machines are resolved quickly.
• Administration: Create orders, prepare quotes for mechanical tasks and tire/rim solutions.
• Advising: Be a strong support and spar with our own workshops.

Who are you?

Perhaps you are a trained mechanic and would like to use your technical knowledge in an administrative role, where you still have contact with the industry. You know that the tire industry has two peak seasons each year, and it motivates you that the days are varied. It is also a big advantage if you have a good geographical understanding.

We imagine that you

• Thrive with the phone as your primary tool of work and love customer contact.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking.
• Work in a structured way , fast at the keyboard and have an eye for detail.
• Have a flair for planning and keep an overview in pressurized situations.
• Are strong in IT – experience with the Office suite, TomTom, Webfleet and AX is a big plus.
• Have a driver's license (category B).
