Buyer (temporary position) for our Supply Chain Management department - Cabelcon

Are you a structured buyer with an eye for detail and a desire for a versatile daily life?

We are looking for an engaged colleague for a 6-month temporary position with start as soon as possible, with potential for extension.

You will become part of our Supply Chain Management department, where you will play a central role in daily operations and become an important partner for both internal and external stakeholders.

Your daily life will include

• Operational purchasing and follow-up on supplier orders
• Creation and maintenance of suppliers and master data
• Ongoing contact with national and international suppliers
• Procurement of office supplies and other operational-related goods
• Handling and coordination of freight shipments
• Preparation of KPI monthly reporting as well as reporting to the Amphenol group
• Participation in internal audits
• Administrative ad hoc tasks as well as ongoing process optimization
• Collaboration across the organization to ensure efficient workflows

We envision that you

• Have experience from a similar role in procurement or supply chain
• Work in a structured way and have a good overview – even when many tasks are in progress
• Are a strong administrative profile with an eye for detail and quality
• Are service-minded and thrive with many collaboration interfaces
• Communicate professionally in both Danish and English – written as well as spoken
• Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Have experience with ERP systems – preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar
• Have a natural interest in process optimization and ongoing improvements
