In your studies you have calculated other people's markets, customers and margins. You have written strategies for companies you have never set foot in. What happens when the case is your own?

What it takes

Customers don't come by themselves. Most of your time is spent calling, meeting and following up. You must enjoy selling, want to build relationships and persist, even when a no comes before a yes. Experience with recruitment or being self-employed is not a requirement.
