Carelink Pleje Skive is seeking a Planning Coordinator.

Do you want to play a central role in the everyday operations of a private home care service – and at the same time support daily management through structure, overview and stable operations?

At Carelink Pleje we are seeking a coordinating- and planning-responsible employee , who can take responsibility for daily planning and coordination in our department in Skive in close collaboration with the leads and department manager.

The position is a key function in the organization and an important part of ensuring quality, continuity and wellbeing for both clients and employees.

Shift planning and coordination

• In collaboration with the department manager, develop concrete shift plans within the framework and principles that the department manager has established and based on the FOA and KA-plejes applicable collective agreement.
• Handle daily changes, including sick leave and urgent adjustments. This includes that one must receive sick leave by phone in collaboration with the department manager and other key personnel.
• Be the first point of contact for employees when shifts change
• Ensure an overview of staffing, continuity and stable operations

Day-to-day allocation

• Adjust routes and tasks during the day in case of illness, delays or cancellations
• Coordinate the efforts so that clients receive the right help at the right time
• Maintain ongoing contact with on-duty employees as needed for adjustments
• Be available by phone and respond to inquiries from staff, the visitation team, clients and their relatives.

Route planning and system support

• Daily route optimization and adjustments in planning systems
• Update routes when visitations change
• Actively work in NEXUS and ensure correct use of the systems in planning

Support for daily management

• Support the department manager in daily management through:
• Overview of operations, staffing and challenges
• Early collection of patterns (e.g., repeated sick leave, pressure on routes, instability)
• Contribute input to improving workflows, planning and continuity
• Be a stable and clear partner for both management and staff in everyday work

We imagine that you

• Have experience from home care, planning or coordination
• Are educated as a SSA (Social and Health Assistant) or nurse
• Have practical experience with NEXUS.
• Thrive with structure, overview and many concurrent tasks
• Are clear, calm and respectful in your communication – even when daily life is under pressure
• Have an understanding of the connection between operations, professionalism and employee well-being and are willing to work under the holistic care concept.
• Can work independently within clear frames and in close collaboration with management
• Willing to take on tasks during periods that lie outside the job description.
