Church and Culture Staff Member to Strengthen the Church's Work in the Parish

Church and culture worker sought for Vejstrup-Hejls-Taps Pastorate We are seeking a candidate for a position as a church and culture worker at Vejstrup-Hejls-Taps Pastorate with an average weekly hours of 21.

Purpose of the position is to strengthen the church's work in the parish so the church becomes visible in contexts other than those that take place in the church's space.

Dine arbejdsopgaver Your tasks will include

• Minikonfirmands, participation in confirmation preparation, local church-school cooperation, planning and execution of baptism anniversaries (5-year baptized children) and children's services (two per year), parish mornings, 'stitching club', parish excursion, home visits as well as activities leading up to the Christmas closures for kindergartens and participation in the Christmas closures, advertising on SoMe and updating the website.

About the workplace Vejstrup – Hejls – Taps Pastorate has about 2,400 inhabitants and there are 10 employees in the pastorate. As a workplace, the pastorate is characterized by a good collaborative climate, and that employees are involved in decision-making processes, and that their qualifications are strengthened and maintained through participation in courses and other professional meetings as well as through collaboration with colleagues.

We expect We expect you to have a friendly and welcoming demeanour, and that you possess the professional competencies demanded by the tasks. In addition, a certain flexibility and the ability to work independently and take your own initiatives are expected.

Practical information Employment starts on 1 November 2026.

There is an obligation to render service at other appointment authorities in the deanery in accordance with the agreements entered into by the parish council.

You will be employed by Vejstrup-Hels-Taps Sogne Menighedsråd , Hejls Landevej 22, 6094 Hejls.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår Employment and remuneration are governed by the applicable joint collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and CO10, as well as the organizational agreement for church and culture workers, etc., and the accompanying protocol entered into between the Ministry of Church and CO10. The position is covered by the applicable educational requirements for church and culture workers. If you do not already meet the educational requirement, the mandatory basic training must be completed within two years of the start of employment. See §§ 14 and 15 in Circular No. 10001 of 12/11 2019.

Current annual full-time salaries (current kroner)

Salary Group 1

(employees who do not yet meet the educational requirement)

• 350,435.40 DKK – 442,215.58 DKK

Salary Group 2

(employees who meet the educational requirement or have completed the basic education)

• 367,122.01 DKK – 500,621.27 DKK

In addition, an OK24 allowance of 3,654.10 DKK per year (current kroner) is paid.

The salary is agreed within the relevant pay range. In addition, 18.4% pension contributions to CO10 pension in PFA are paid.

Note , that the stated amounts apply to a full-time position. Salary and OK24 allowance are calculated on a pro rata basis according to the position's hours. Final salary placement is agreed between the parish council and Kirkekultur.nu.
