Cleaning Assistant (M/F/D)

At Freudenberg Flow Technologies – EagleBurgmann KE A/S in Ringkøbing, we are looking for a dedicated cleaning assistant who will help ensure a clean, safe and pleasant working environment for our employees and guests.

You will become an important part of daily operations and will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our office areas, shared facilities, canteen areas and other locations at the company. The position is ideal for someone who works in a structured way, takes responsibility and has an eye for detail.

About the job

As a cleaning assistant you will play a central role in supporting well-being, hygiene and the professional impression of our workplace. You will primarily work independently, but at the same time be in close dialogue with colleagues across the organization.

Your primary tasks

• Daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, canteen areas, common areas, reception, changing rooms and toilets
• Ensure a high level of hygiene through cleaning, disinfection and restocking of consumables
• Handling and sorting of waste in accordance with the company’s guidelines and environmental requirements
• Ongoing inspection of the cleaning standard and initiation of necessary corrective actions
• Coordination with relevant internal stakeholders regarding cleaning needs, special events and practical arrangements

In addition, you will

• Contribute to compliance with the company’s requirements within occupational safety, health and environment
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report needs for reordering
• Support meetings, visits and events with practical cleaning tasks
• Contribute ideas for improvements in cleaning, hygiene and sustainable solutions
• Provide support to the canteen as needed

We imagine that you

• Have experience with professional cleaning or similar service functions
• Have knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and cleaning equipment
• Have an understanding of hygiene and sanitation requirements
• Are used to working independently and planning your tasks according to fixed routines and needs
• Thrive with physical work and an active daily routine
• Have good cooperation skills and a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests

It would be an advantage if you have relevant courses or certificates in cleaning or hygiene, but it is not a requirement.

Salary and employment terms

The position is covered by the Industrial Agreement.

We offer an attractive salary package with an expected hourly rate of around DKK 200-210, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, pension, flex account and other employment terms in accordance with the collective agreement.
