CNC milling operator / programmer – 5-axis milling and exciting special tasks

Do you want to work with large workpieces, technically complex tasks and the freedom to find good solutions yourself?

On behalf of JB Production A/S in Horsens, we are seeking an experienced CNC milling operator who can program, set up and machine workpieces independently.

The company works with special orders, prototypes and smaller batches, where tasks are varied and where technical understanding and problem solving are crucial. You will be responsible for the whole process – from programming to finished workpiece – and have the opportunity to apply your expertise to tasks where standard solutions do not always suffice.

Arbejdsopgaver

You will mainly work on a DMG MORI DMF 360/1100, a 5-axis milling machine with Heidenhain control, capable of machining workpieces up to 3.6 meters. Here we work with large and heavy parts that require precision and independent problem solving.

Kvalifikationer og kompetencer

It is expected that you are trained as an industrial technician or have a corresponding relevant journeyman’s certificate and experience with CNC milling.

In particular, emphasis is placed on the fact that you

• Have experience with CNC programming, setup and machining.
• Have good drawing interpretation and be able to work independently.
• Work systematically and quality-conscious.
• Thrive with technically complex and varied tasks where you need to think for yourself and find solutions.

Experience with 5-axis milling and large workpieces is a clear advantage. The same applies to familiarity with Heidenhain controls, preferably TNC 640, and Fusion CAM. You do not need to know the machine beforehand, if you have the right professional foundation and a willingness to learn.

Workplace: Langballe 14, 8700 Horsens.

Working hours: Day shift Monday-Friday with flexible start times between 05:00-07:00 by agreement.

Starting date: As soon as possible – we are happy to wait for the right candidate.

Salary: According to qualifications and agreement.
