Integrated advisory and exciting projects

We offer you a unique opportunity to become part of our integrated team, where you can develop in your professional area as a building designer, but also through cross-disciplinary collaboration with all other disciplines you will sit side by side with, including building designers, M&E engineers and architects.

Your tasks

As a building designer you will be responsible for

• Planning and preparation of drawings and models as well as descriptions
• Modeling in BIM including consistency and clash detection
• Coordinating project material across disciplines and stakeholders
• Preparation of descriptions
• Interdisciplinary dialogue and quality assurance in the projects
• Quality assurance
• Technical supervision

About you

You have sharp communication and collaboration skills, which you know how to use with both clients, partners and colleagues. You enjoy working in an environment with pace and plenty of varied tasks – but where we look after each other and our well-deserved leisure time.

In addition, we imagine that you

• Are a trained building designer with a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Have knowledge of design in collaboration with engineers
• Have experience from or knowledge of the consultancy industry and want to be involved in construction
• Can work independently on projects and in cross-disciplinary teams
• Are motivated by designing
• Have good experience with or knowledge of BIM in all phases of construction
