Construction Engineer for Sewer & Infrastructure Projects

Varied tasks, sparring and high professionalism

We are looking for a civil engineer who wants to work broadly with sewer and civil projects. You will become part of our team in Aalborg, where we focus on high professionalism, and where sparring and dialogue are in the foreground. Here we work with many varied tasks, from early planning to design and tendering to construction management, supervision and execution.

Your tasks

In this position you will contribute to solving future sewer and civil projects in close collaboration with your colleagues, where your tasks will include, among other things:

• Design of projects: sewer and civil works
• Contribute to disposition and project proposals
• Carrying out tenders for civil projects
• Construction management and technical supervision
• Occupational health and safety coordination

The types of tasks can span a wide range, from smaller development and sewer projects to large and complex civil engineering and climate adaptation projects. A typical client of ours is in the utilities sector.

Who are you?

You are a trained engineer, for example in construction and civil engineering or water and environment. You have at least 3 years of experience with sewer and civil projects and are passionate about solving professionally challenging tasks within civil and sewerage engineering.

We do not expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to be proactive, curious and eager to both teach others and absorb new knowledge in collaboration with colleagues.

We would like you to

• Have experience in preparing tender materials and tendering for civil projects
• Have experience with construction management and supervision
• Have experience with or interest in occupational health and safety coordination
• Have experience with MicroStation and DanDasGraf. Experience with 3D design is a plus
• Have good communication and collaboration skills as well as empathy and assertiveness
• Are outgoing, curious and motivated to learn
• Think solutions-oriented and able to collaborate broadly in a project team
