We are looking for several experienced construction managers who can take responsibility, create an overview and ensure that the construction projects are completed well and safely.

🔨 YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily management and coordination of construction projects
• Planning and management of tradespeople and subcontractors
• Follow-up on schedules, quality and progress
• Dialogue with clients, advisers and partners
• Ensure quality, safety and good communication on the construction site
• Contribute to finding practical and financially sensible solutions

✅ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have experience as a construction manager and can manage your own projects
• You preferably have a crafts background or another relevant construction-related education
• You are good at planning, coordinating and keeping an overview
• You can make decisions and find solutions when challenges arise
• You are responsible, independent and good at collaborating
• You have natural authority and a proper approach to both colleagues and collaborators
