Heat pumps and solar panels are a growing market, and like others in this segment, we are really busy. We are therefore seeking a consultant for Jutland and Funen.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide customers with good professional advice at a high level, and therefore we also educate our own consultants. It is important that customers receive the right advice to ensure they get the right solution for their home. We do not create standard solutions, but solutions that fit the individual customer.

For us, each customer is unique, and we guide them through the entire lifetime of the installation. We always take care with all customers, which means that our first visit to customers typically takes between 1-1.5 hours. This is to thoroughly understand the customers' installations, their wishes and needs. We also spend time informing customers about the “jungle” that heat pumps and solar panels can be, so they are well equipped, even if they do not wish to do business with us. For us, it matters that customers are informed and aware of the choices they make.

It is both business and private customers.

As a consultant your tasks are

You do not need knowledge of the industry, but it is a clear advantage. If you do not have knowledge we will train you before you are allowed to visit the first customer. The most important for us is that you thoroughly understand the customers' needs and wish to give all customers good and patient service. We are not interested in “hard sell,” but a consultant who creates credibility and trust. However applications with experience in the industry will be weighted higher.

Your task will be to pursue the customer leads we give you to make an appointment, after which you drive out to the customer to inspect their installation and have a good conversation with them about their needs and wishes. Subsequently you prepare an offer for the customer. All our offers to customers are made as an online meeting or by physical presence, so the customer gets full insight into the offer we have prepared for them.

If the customer accepts the offer, you coordinate the installation with our installers. After the installers have completed the installation, you visit the customer again, where you follow up on all our work and ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied.

About you

We imagine you are trustworthy and credible. You work in a structured way and keep all commitments. You may have previous experience as a consultant/sales/advisor, and are used to working with customers. Your background is not essential, but it would be an advantage if you have an interest in how the technical part of a heat pump installation functions. You do not need to know how it should be assembled, as our skilled installers handle this, but just have an interest in the products we sell.

You work 100% independently, where you coordinate your own days. You work from home and travel out to the customers from there.

You must provide your own car.

Fixed salary by agreement and possibly commission. It is also possible to work as a freelancer, where you will get a very high share of your sales.

This is a full-time position.
