You will become part of a consultancy team consisting of experienced and dedicated colleagues who work closely with administrative staff, managers and professional key personnel to find the best solutions. With us we solve the tasks together, and we place great emphasis on sparring, knowledge sharing and shared responsibility.

  • Quality assurance of workflows, procedures and decisions
  • Analysis and development tasks
  • Cross-cutting coordination between professional areas, management and partners
  • Secretariat support and other consultancy tasks as needed
  • Ad hoc tasks of various character for the department head, managers and directors
  • Legal sparring for managers and employees, if your competencies lie within this area.

We are looking for a colleague who

  • Has a relevant master’s degree, for example cand.scient.adm., cand.scient.pol. or similar
  • Is familiar with the municipal elderly sector and preferably has experience with consultancy work in a municipality
  • Has an understanding of the interaction between legislation, operations and political decisions, including organizational overview and understanding of political decision-making processes
  • Thrives with both development tasks and concrete operational tasks
  • Has an interest in or experience with legal issues in the public sector
  • Works in a structured and independent manner
  • Is a strong communicator both orally and in writing
  • Has good collaboration skills and can build relationships across disciplines
  • Has strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset

We expect that you

  • Have the ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Take responsibility and can prioritize in a busy daily life
  • Share knowledge and contribute to professional sparring
  • Are flexible and proactive
  • Maintain calm and overview – even when things move fast
  • Are service-oriented and welcoming
  • Contribute to a good working environment

We offer

  • A position with the opportunity to influence content and working methods
  • A workplace with high professionalism and great organizational insight
  • A strong and well-functioning consultancy team with skilled and dedicated colleagues
  • Close collaboration with administrative staff, managers and other professionals
  • A varied everyday life with wide interaction in the organization
  • Good opportunities for professional development
  • Flexible working conditions and focus on well-being, with the possibility of part-time employment between 30-37 hours/week
  • Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement
