We are seeking an engaged and professionally grounded pedagogical staff member to support a boy who has autism and needs an adult who can create structure, predictability and safe frameworks in everyday life.

The boy thrives best with fixed routines and clear guidance. He is very interested in gaming, and it can be an advantage if you are curious about his interests and can use them to create a positive relationship.

There is a dog in the home.

We are looking for a staff member who

• Has special pedagogical experience.
• Has knowledge about autism and diagnostic understanding.
• Can create structure, overview and predictability in everyday life.
• Is able to build a secure, calm and stable adult relationship.
• Can work affirmatively and patiently with conflict de-escalation.
• Has experience with or understanding of demand-avoidant behavior and can adapt their pedagogical approaches accordingly.

Working hours

2 hours per week.

12:00 - 14:00 a fixed weekday each week. Day to be agreed with the boy/family.
