Leute is currently seeking engaged and professionally strong contact persons for assignments in Næstved.

About the job

As a contact person at Leute you are part of a stable and structured collaboration with one or more families. You work with the child / the young person in the home or local area, and you become an important central point in the child / the young person's well-being and everyday life.

Your tasks will take their starting point in

• relational work with a focus on support, guidance and structure,
• the use of your pedagogical toolkit in practice,
• written and oral communication with your coordinator and any partners.

About you

We are looking for you who have a relevant professional background – for example as

• pedagogue,
• pedagogical assistant,
• teacher,
• or another professional with experience in the special education field.

You have experience working with children and young people with special needs – and you are able to work independently, in a structured way and with a high degree of responsibility.

We have tasks from 1.5 hours and up, and it is possible to have several different assignments. Please mention in your application how many hours you want.
