Content & Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a sharp and structured Content & Campaign Specialist for our marketing team. If you are strong in copywriting, passionate about digital communication and love developing relevant content across channels – then it might be you we are looking for.

At Beauté Pacifique we work to improve people's quality of life through healthier skin. We develop and manufacture skincare products that optimize, repair and care for the skin, so that it retains its strength for as long as possible. Our headquarters and production are located in Hadsund – and that is where the position is based.

In the marketing department we work purposefully to build long-term customer relationships through valuable and relevant content across markets. You will become part of a team where collaboration, coordination and a common direction are essential. We expect you to take responsibility for your tasks and work independently, but also to thrive with close sparring and joint decision-making processes.

Your primary responsibilities

• Copywriting for campaigns, ads, social media, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Development of campaign messages and ad copy for Paid Social (primarily Meta) across markets. You are responsible for idea development, copy and briefing of the designer and photographer, while the technical setup and optimization are handled externally.
• Planning and production of organic content for social media (primarily Ambulatoriet's channels) as well as dialogue with followers via comments and messages.
• Coordination and execution of test panels in Club Beauté via newsletters.
• Preparation of newsletters and work with email flows across markets.
• Response to customer inquiries via our digital channels.

Your skills

• You write fluently and creatively in Danish and English and have a confident sense of tone, audience and message.
• You have experience with social media and an understanding of organic and paid content – preferably from Meta.
• You have knowledge of email marketing and work in a structured way with content.
• You stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital communication and marketing.
• You are good at planning, prioritizing and maintaining an overview – even when there are many tasks and deadlines.
• You are flexible and adaptable and can quickly change direction when new needs or priorities arise.
• You are a team player who thrives on working towards common goals. You are happy to contribute ideas and initiative, but also understand the importance of sparring, coordination and joint decisions.
• You are independent and responsible, but also know that good marketing work is created in collaboration with others, and that content and campaigns must be aligned and approved before being launched.
