Marketing Coordinator for MyCruise (maternity leave cover)

At MyCruise we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our marketing team at the head office in Vanløse.

The position is a 9-month parental leave cover with the possibility of subsequent permanent employment.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a central role in coordinating our marketing activities across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the UK.

You will be the link between our campaign managers, local sales teams and specialists in, among other things, paid media, social media, newsletters, graphic production and e-commerce.

Your main task will be to create structure, ensure progress and ensure that our campaigns and marketing activities are carried out on time and to a high quality.

You will be part of a marketing team with many different tasks, where we work closely together, help each other and have room for both good ideas and good humor.

About the job

You will have a varied everyday life, where you help ensure that our marketing campaigns are coordinated across channels and markets.

You will among other things

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across teams, channels and partners.
• Translate campaign briefs into concrete tasks and keep track of deadlines, materials and deliveries.
• Ensure close dialogue between marketing and the local sales teams about needs and campaigns.
• Coordinate versioning, translations and local adaptation of newsletters and other marketing material.
• Assist with copywriting, proofreading, newsletters and lighter content tasks.
• Coordinate content and materials for websites, social media and advertising.
• Assist with documentation and reporting of partner campaigns.
• Collect campaign results and contribute to evaluation and improvement of upcoming activities.
• Contribute ideas and practical help to other marketing activities as needed.

You will have independent responsibility for the daily coordination, but work closely with our campaign managers on priorities, budgets and timing.

You do not need to be able to produce everything yourself. The most important is that you can create an overview, follow up and ensure that the right people have what they need to reach the goal.

We imagine that you

• Have a good understanding of marketing, are naturally organized and thrive in a day where many things happen.
• Would preferably have 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator role in a marketing department, a digital agency, advertising agency or similar.
• Have a relevant education in marketing, communications or similar.
• Have a good understanding of digital marketing, including social media, newsletters, advertising and websites.
• Have experience with or knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar.
• Have good written communication skills and flair for commercial content.
• Are structured, detail-oriented and good at following up tasks and deadlines.
• Are proactive, have a backbone and dare to ask questions and challenge colleagues constructively.
• Maintain an overview, even when the pace is high and several tasks must be solved simultaneously.

If you have experience from the travel industry, worked with marketing across several countries or knowledge of Klaviyo, CMS or Canva, that's an advantage - but not a requirement .

The most important is that you want to learn, take initiative and are motivated by creating structure and good results together with others.
