Would you like to lead marketing at one of Denmark's largest private hospital chains – with responsibility for both strategy and execution, and your own smaller team? This is a maternity-leave replacement in Hellerup.

Are you a versatile marketing profile who enjoys spanning a wide range – from campaigns and website to social media and cross-organizational collaboration – and can you naturally take care of a small team in everyday work?

You will be the unifying force in Marketing & Communications and will have strong influence on how we develop and execute marketing across the entire organization.

About the team

Marketing & Communications is today a small, versatile team consisting of two student assistants and an intern. As a maternity-leave replacement you will be the team's daily leader – you assign tasks, spar with the team day-to-day and ensure that projects stay on track and reach their goals.

You report to the CCO and will have short path to decisions in an organization where marketing sits close to both leadership and the commercial business.

Your tasks

As the marketing lead you will have a broad area of responsibility, where you both think strategically and perform the practical work yourself. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Project management: Responsible for all marketing projects – from idea and planning to execution and follow-up, so they actually reach their goals.
• Team leadership: Daily management of the team's two student assistants and an intern – delegation, sparring and progress in daily work.
• Website: Maintenance and further development of our website in WordPress.
• Advertising and search: Advertising on Meta as well as SEO, GEO and Google Ads – using AI-driven targeting and bidding optimization – in collaboration with our agency.
• Social media: Content and presence on Meta and LinkedIn.
• AI and efficiency: You actively use AI tools to solve tasks – from text and content to data analysis and advertising – so the work becomes faster and sharper.

You will have great freedom to plan your work yourself, as long as the projects land in the goal.

Cross-collaboration

Marketing at Capio does not work in isolation, and you will collaborate broadly in the organization:

• Monthly meetings with our external agency on advertising, SEO and GEO
• Ongoing sparring with colleagues in Sweden, Norway and France who work with marketing in the other Capio countries
• Close contact with our commercial team regarding collaboration agreements where marketing is part of the agreements

It gives you insight into marketing across several markets and a central role in linking marketing and business.

We place particular emphasis on that you

• Have a versatile background in marketing and communication and are used to spanning many task types
• Are comfortable distributing and coordinating tasks in a small team
• Have a graphical eye – we deliver many different materials, and it makes a difference that you can assess what works and looks good
• Have experience using AI tools in your daily work – e.g. for content, advertising or analysis – and see it as a natural part of working efficiently
• Write well and error-free in Danish
• Thrive with independently taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
• It is an advantage if you have experience developing a company’s visual identity or have been part of larger communications changes – not a requirement, but a competency we value

You do not need to have formally led a team before – the most important is that you can take responsibility, create momentum and make things happen.
