Your responsibilities

• Preparation and plating of dishes from our menu.
• Preparation of ingredients and getting everything ready for daily service.
• Maintaining high quality and consistency in the kitchen.
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and good cooperation.
• Purchasing
• New ideas for the menu
• Helping ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly – even when it is busy.

We envisage that you

• Have an interest in cooking and, preferably, some knowledge of the Italian kitchen, but not a requirement. (training will take place)
• Works in a structured manner and pays attention to quality and details.
• Sees yourself in the position as a chef.
• Can stay calm and maintain an overview when the pace is high.
• Is reliable, responsible and a good colleague.
• Thrives with teamwork and contributes positively to everyday life.
