At Trinity Hotel & Konference, right by the Old Little Belt Bridge, we know that a good guest experience begins already at the breakfast table.

Therefore we are now looking for a morning cook who has a passion for good food, an eye for quality, and a desire to help develop our breakfast concept.

Weekdays with us

As a morning cook you will become an important part of our kitchen team and will play a central role in ensuring that our guests get the best possible start to the day.

We are a large hotel and conference centre with many guests, and that requires quality, structure and teamwork. Whether we have 50 or several hundred guests for breakfast, the experience must be the same.

You will among other things

• Prepare, plate and present our breakfast buffet
• Ensure high quality and an inviting selection – every day
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our breakfast concept
• Assist with preparation and production for the rest of the kitchen operations
• Ensure good workflows, high hygiene, and less food waste
• Work closely with colleagues in the kitchen and the restaurant

We work with good ingredients and a greener gastronomic direction, where we want to use more vegetables and reduce food waste – without compromising on taste and quality.

You will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas into play and help make our breakfast even better.

You thrive on starting the day early, taking responsibility and achieving good results together with your colleagues.

• Are a trained chef or have solid experience from a professional kitchen
• Are passionate about good ingredients, taste and presentation
• Work independently and have control of your tasks
• Can maintain overview and quality when pace is high
• Want to develop and improve our breakfast
• Are reliable, responsible and enjoy early start times
• Contribute positively to collaboration and the atmosphere in the kitchen

Who are we?

Trinity Hotel & Konference is one of Denmark's largest conference hotels, where we every day provide the framework for meetings, conferences, events and hotel stays.

We are undergoing a marked development with new hotel rooms and modern conference and event facilities. It gives us even more opportunities to develop our gastronomy and create great experiences for our guests.

But new facilities alone do not do it.
