About the job

Do you dream of a job within one of the world's most important agendas?

And do you thrive in a routine yet important job as the person responsible for our CRM system?

Then you have the chance now. As the central plant-based actor in Denmark, the Danish Vegetarian Association needs you to keep track of our members and donors, as well as provide data and statistics to the rest of the fundraising team.

The position is 20-25 hours per week, depending on qualifications

Can you keep track of our members and donors in an organization that achieves notable results (with global resonance) but needs someone to manage our CRM system?

Your tasks are to

· maintain our CRM system (in the program Collect ) with members, donors, leads, etc., including updating payment agreements, monthly reconciliation, etc.

· ensure data extracts for our fundraising work

· update donation forms (via the platform OnlineFundraising ) as well as data in our email program ( Mailchimp ). And in general keep track of the data that flows between Collect and OnlineFundraising and Mailchimp

· setup event registration forms (in Collect) as well as other possibilities that may arise (in Collect and/or other systems)

· assist our member contact person when members have questions about or need to update their membership

· purchasing, setup and support for PC and telephony

· as needed, other ad hoc tasks within IT, database, spreadsheets, etc.

You will report to our fundraising coordinator and be part of our fundraising team, where you will collaborate with the other team members.

Embrace a daily life with flexible terms

The DVF’s everyday life normally takes place at our secretariat located at Vester Voldgade 2, right by Ørsted Park and close to City Hall Square. We are currently about 40 employees in total. We focus on arranging work around individual needs, and therefore we are very open to – and practice ourselves – for example, weekly remote workdays and flexible working hours.

" We pay close attention to each other and to having a good social environment. We occasionally arrange various events outside working hours. It’s really nice ," says our health manager, Katrine Ejlerskov.

Do you have experience with CRM systems?

We expect that you

  • Have an education in data, IT, etc. or are trained as an administrative assistant with the relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a membership-based CRM system (experience from an NGO or with Collect is a plus)
  • Are strong at understanding processes, flows and troubleshooting
  • It is also an advantage if you have experience with automations, and if you have a knack for applying certain AI solutions within the framework of GDPR
  • Generally have a flair for IT and data
  • Have a high degree of independence – you will have daily responsibility for the CRM system
  • Can perform tasks at short notice when required (within normal working hours)
  • Have substantial knowledge of the mentioned or similar programs
  • Have several years of experience in a similar position

Start date, hours and salary

We hope to see you for your first day of work as soon as possible, preferably as soon as possible and no later than January 1, 2027. We can offer a position of 20 hours per week (86.75 hours per month) for a monthly salary of approx. 19,716.54 DKK (including availability allowance), which is not negotiable, as we have a very flat pay structure. In addition, employer-paid pension at 11% and 6 weeks of vacation. The lunch break is unpaid, however we have a very good and partly employer-paid lunch scheme with 100% plant-based food, as well as a good coffee/tea, fruit and nut provision.
